ALL COUNCIL MEETINGS ARE HELD IN THE CHAMBER, THE GATEHOUSE, HIGH STREET, CHEPSTOW AND ON ZOOM

All meetings of the Town Council are open to the public unless excluded by a resolution of the meeting for a
particular item which is of a confidential nature or prejudicial to public interest e.g. Contracts of Employment, terms
of tenders etc.
Members of the public may address Members prior to the commencement of a meeting on the understanding that
the Town Council will not enter into discussion or debate the matter raised, but may, if appropriate agenda the item
for discussion at a future meeting.
